I was very impressed by the front desk managers and staff service provided during our one night reservation from our check-in on 12/13. We could not ask for better service. Thank you everyone for an amazing stay.
Hotel was great overall, good breakfast that was kept fresh by a dedicated staff! Daija, at the front desk did an incredible job of handling many last minute requests from our bridal party and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you for helping make our weekend special!
I’m from Carlisle but moved away a few years ago. This is where I stay when I come back. It’s a great location. You are in the heart of the Historic district and can walk to some great restaurants. Rooms are clean and I like the layout. It’s an older hotel but I can see they are trying to keep things updated as they can. The restaurant/ bar on site is great. Laurel makes a great drink! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking in the garage is easy and convenient. I only gave 4 stars on the hotel because the rooms are a bit older but I always have a great stay here and feel at home.
Overall great experience. Paid about $100 for a spacious room. Parking was an extra fee of $5.65 for the night. Looks like there might be street parking even though front desk told me there likely wasn't free parking nearby. Breakfast was good. Pet fee was $20. Place seemed pretty clean
The hotel site is directly in the heart of the downtown area. The entrance is on the alley so be careful if people who can't drive block the slim driveway. Other than that it was a good night stay and close to everything we needed. The Historical Society, St John's Church and the Carlisle Indian School. The room was very spacious and it had a sitting area. It was unusual to have the TV in the "bedroom" instead of the sitting area but it was one night. We will be back next year I'm sure.
Very nice hotel in awesome location. Perfect for shopping and enjoying the City of Carlisle. In-house restaurant was awesome.
Great location in downtown Carlisle! The king bedroom suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with a pull out couch bed and a TV in each section of the room so the kids and adults could each watch what they wanted and pocket doors to separate the two areas and provide privacy to the adults. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and a detached parking garage behind that hotel is available, but not visible from the street. You have to drive around the block to find it, or catch the narrow alley to the right of the hotel that shortcuts straight through to the parking garage.
It was great to feel welcome by the staff. They were helpful and polite. Great place to stay I will be back
